CSU Co-Hosts Ohio Cooperative Education Association Conference May 24-26

Cleveland State University’s Washkewicz College of Engineering is partnering with Ernst & Young to host the 2016 Ohio Cooperative Education Association Conference, May 24-26.? This year’s event is entitled: "You Are Here: Reflect, Recharge, Refine.”?

The conference will focus on the value of co-ops and internships for educators, 皇冠足球90比分:s and students as well as the steps that can be taken to improve the access and quality of experiential learning opportunities. The event will be held at Ernst & Young’s Richard T. Baker Conference Center, 950 Main Avenue in Cleveland,

The event’s keynote speaker will be Teresa Hack, President and COO of Channel Products, a Cleveland-based manufacturer of innovative ignition components and systems, safety controls, and piezo-ceramic elements for multiple industries.

The Ohio Cooperative Education Association is a nonprofit professional association founded in 1971 and focused on promoting the growth of an best practices in experiential learning. The Washkewicz College of Engineering’s Fenn Co-op program was awarded the OCEA’s E. Sam Sovilla Award for Excellence in Cooperative Education at the 2015 annual conference.?
