If your insurance doesn’t cover a test we did “in house,” a vaccine given for a trip, or any part of the visit cost, then we will contact you and bill your student account at the very low self-pay rate. If you have no insurance or one we can’t bill, a $5 office visit charge and other minimal charges may be assessed for medications, shots, lab tests and physical exams. For those students who have the Student Health Insurance, there is 100% coverage in the Health Center and only a $5 co-pay for any generic medication dispensed. To schedule an appointment call 216-687-3649.
Students can register for the student health insurance policy by logging on to CampusNet and clicking on the insurance tab. For more information, contact CSU Health and Wellness Services at 216-687-3649 or visit www.uhcsr.com?and go to "find your school's plan."
