Curriculum Management

Introduction

Modern Campus Curriculum (MCC) is Cleveland State University’s online curriculum management system. This platform streamlines the entire curriculum management process, allowing for online communication, proposal creation, and decision-making. While the Office of the University Registrar oversees MCC, faculty and academic units are responsible for creating curricular proposals and reviewing curriculum.

MCC is directly connected to the university’s online catalog database, which pulls course information from PeopleSoft (the university's ERP system). Through this integration, users can import courses and programs from the upcoming draft catalog to create proposals for modifications. Additionally, users can generate an impact report for courses, listing all dependent elements associated with a particular item.

Once the originator approves a proposal, they can track its progress through the approval process and view comments and decisions.

Secure access to MCC is linked to your CSU ID and password, and submitting decisions in the system serves as your signature.
