The Cleveland State University Board of Trustees will hold a retreat and special meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, August 19, 2022, at 39000 Signature Drive, Solon, OH 44139.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees will consider a contract related to online program management. The full board will then adjourn into executive session to discuss trade secret information required by law to be kept confidential.
